It's easy — just call, email, or DM us on Instagram. We'll schedule a quick consultation walkthrough at your space (usually 30–45 minutes). We check lighting, layout, and talk through your style and budget. The consultation fee ($150–$300) is fully credited toward your install if you move forward.

No long-term contracts. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel with reasonable notice. We'd rather earn your loyalty through great service than lock you in. Most of our clients stick around because their plants are genuinely thriving — not because they have to.

After your consultation, we put together a custom plant and pot proposal with placement suggestions. Once you approve it, we source everything, handle delivery, stage and style the plants, and do a full cleanup. Most installs are completed in a single visit. You show up to a transformed space — no mess, no hassle.

Absolutely — that's actually how most clients start. Our Starter Install begins at $150 and covers 2–6 plants. Once you see how great it looks (and how easy maintenance is), it's natural to want to expand. We can add plants, swap containers, or grow into a full-space install over time, at whatever pace works for you.

Every bi-weekly visit includes a full health check, watering, and light pruning. Depending on your plan, visits also cover:

• Leaf cleaning and shine
• Fertilizing (as needed seasonally)
• Deeper pruning and shaping
• Pest monitoring and early treatment
• Plant rotation and seasonal guidance

We handle replacements on a case-by-case basis — fairly and with context. If a plant fails due to something outside our control (extreme HVAC issues, pests that appeared between visits, accidents), we work with you on a fair solution. We're not a big faceless company with rigid policies — we're two locals who want your space to look great and your plants to thrive.

We handle all sourcing for you. As part of your install, you purchase the plants and containers through us — we earn a margin on sourcing and styling, which keeps our install pricing accessible. This means you get plants and pots that are specifically selected for your space, not whatever's available at a big box store that day.

Yes! Our Plant Rescue service ($120–$300) is for exactly that. We assess the plant, repot it if needed, refresh the soil, prune, treat any pests, and give you a custom care plan. Most struggling plants are absolutely saveable — overwatering, root rot, and pests are very treatable if caught early enough.

For clients in our primary service area (Irvine and South OC), there's no separate travel fee — it's built into our pricing. For cities a bit further out like Yorba Linda, Villa Park, or Orange Park Acres, we'll be upfront about any additional logistics cost during the consultation.
